Michael Lorenz (born 01 October 1963 in Saarbrücken) studied Law and Economics in Freiburg, Taipei, Vienna and Paris. After graduating, he worked as the Head of the Legal Department of the German-Thai Chamber of Commerce in Thailand. In 1995, he founded the law firm Lorenz & Partners in Bangkok. From the beginning, the law office has focused not only on legal consulting, but also on providing specific management assistance to its clients.

As the first German speaking lawyer in Thailand, Michael Lorenz possesses broad experience in company law and tax law as well as in the field of investment opportunities in the region. Michael Lorenz has been a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Hong Kong and Vietnam since 2006 and 2011 respectively.

Till Morstadt (born 25 April 1968 in Offenburg) studied Law and Business Economics in Bayreuth, Lausanne and Münster. After graduating, he started working for one of the world's leading audit and consulting firms. During this time period, he attended to European clients in Argentina for two years. Upon his return to Germany, he transferred into the industrial sector. After two years in the head office of a German machine manufacturer, he took over the commercial management of their Thai subsidiary. Till Morstadt has been an equity partner of Lorenz & Partners since April 2004 and a Registered Foreign Lawyer in Hong Kong and Vietnam since 2007 and 2011 respectively.
